I interpret this as self-control over your knowledge and wisdom.
Whether you are buying groceries, getting a work project off the ground, or renting an apartment, it should not cause you any stress. Make the logical, non-emotional decision and move on.
To shop like that you have to act like that. Feel that way. Control your emotions by turning them off.
So many amazing books are out there. You can extrapolate life-changing quotes and ideas from them and write them on your wall. You know it... but can you feel it?
